Booking & Scheduling
How do I book a court?
Book online on our booking page. Choose date, time, and complete your payment.
Can I book a court on the same day?
Yes. Same-day bookings are allowed as long as the slot is still open.
Can I cancel and ask for a refund?
All bookings are final upon checkout: no refunds or cancellations are allowed. In the event of severe weather or other force majeure, Kalarô will contact you directly through email or mobile number indicated in your account.
Rates & Payments
How much is the court rate on weekdays, weekends, and holidays?
Weekdays: P650 per hour per court. Weekends & holidays: P750 per hour per court.
What are your payment methods?
As of the moment, we only have QR PH.
Is there a fee to access the facility?
Yes, a daily access pass of P100 per person is required for entry and court use and is valid only for the day paid.
On-Court & Gameplay Rules
How many pickleball courts does Kalarô have?
Kalarô has five dedicated pickleball courts available for booking from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.
How long can I use the court?
Use is limited to the hours you booked. Please vacate promptly at the end of your slot.
Can I book for a group?
Yes. The booker should inform all players of the booking time and facility rules.
What is the minimum and maximum players per court?
Minimum of 1 player and maximum of 10 players per court.
Do players need to sign a waiver?
Yes. A waiver is required for every court booking and facility fee checkout.
Do I need to wear protective eyewear on the court?
For your safety, we strongly encourage wearing protective eyewear (Kitchen Blockers) during court play. The ball travels fast at the kitchen line—protect your vision!
Facility & Amenities
When can I arrive?
You may enter up to 15 minutes before your booked start time.
Is parking available?
On-site parking is limited. If the lot is full, please use nearby alternative parking.
What should I do about my belongings?
Keep valuables with you. Kalarô is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets and animals are not permitted on the premises.
Can my non-playing guests use the facility?
Non-players/companions must pay the daily facility fee to enter or to use amenities beyond the lounge.
Are minors allowed in the court?
Non-playing minors are not allowed in the premises for their safety.
Can I bring in food and drinks?
Please help us conserve the court flooring by enjoying your food and colored drinks in the lounge or mezzanine.
Can Kalarô refuse entry?
Kalarô can refuse entry if facility rules & regulations are not followed.
