Booking Terms & Waiver
- Assumption of Risk
I understand that pickleball and other physical activities involve risks of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks, including slips, falls, collisions, heat-related issues, and any injuries resulting from play, equipment, or the condition of the courts. - Health and Fitness
I confirm that I am physically fit to participate in pickleball and any related activities. I take full responsibility for monitoring my own health and will stop play if I feel unwell or unsafe. - Liability Release
I release Kalaro, its owners, staff, and partners from any liability for injuries, accidents, loss, or damages that may occur during my use of the courts and facilities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. - Facility Rules
I agree to follow all house rules, safety guidelines, and instructions from Kalaro staff. I understand that unsafe behavior or violation of rules may result in my removal from the premises without refund. - Footwear / Court Surface Protection
I agree to wear only non-marking athletic shoes while on the courts to protect the court surface. I understand that street shoes, cleats, black-soled or otherwise marking footwear are prohibited. I accept responsibility for damage caused by improper footwear and may be charged for cleaning or repairs resulting from marked or damaged courts. - Court Usage
I understand that my booking covers only the number of courts and the number of hours I booked. I may enter the premises no earlier than 15 minutes before my booked start time. I will vacate the court promptly at the end of my booked time to allow the next customers to use the court. - Waiver for Group Play
If I book for a group, I accept responsibility for informing all players of these terms. I acknowledge that all players join the activity at their own risk. - Minors
I understand that non-playing minors are not allowed on the premises. I understand that playing minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. By bringing a playing minor, I accept full responsibility for their safety and conduct. - Cancellations and Refunds
All bookings are final upon checkout: no refunds or cancellations are allowed. In the event of severe weather or other force majeure, Kalarô will contact you directly through email or mobile number indicated in your account. - Property, Staff and Conduct
I am responsible for my personal belongings. I will respect the facility, equipment, staff, and other players. I understand that I may be charged for any damage I cause by negligence. - Equipment Rental
If I rent facility equipment (including ball machines, ball retrievers, paddles, or ball carts), I accept responsibility for proper use, care, and return of the equipment. I will follow all operating instructions and safety guidelines. I agree to pay repair or replacement costs for damage or loss caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to return equipment on time. I understand additional rental fees and deposits may apply and will be charged according to Kalaro’s equipment rental policy. - Parking
I understand that parking slots at the facility are limited. If on-site parking is full, I will seek alternative parking nearby and will not hold Kalaro, its owners, staff, or partners liable for unavailable or limited parking. - Access Pass
I understand that an access pass of P100.00 per head is required to enter and use the courts. The access pass is charged per day, is valid only for the day paid, and must be paid as a condition of entry to the facility. - Non-Player Access and Amenities
I understand that non-players or companions accompanying players may not enter the facility or use facility amenities (including seating areas, restrooms, spectator zones, or other services) without paying the daily access pass. I accept responsibility for informing any guests or companions of this requirement. - No Pets
I will not bring pets or animals onto the premises. I understand this rule is to protect other players, guests, staff, and facility property. - Data Privacy for Online Bookings
By making an online booking, I consent to Kalaro collecting and processing my personal information (such as name, contact details, payment information, and booking history) for reservation management, payment processing, communication, safety, and operational needs. I understand Kalaro will store my data securely and retain it only as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes or as required by law. I understand that Kalaro may share necessary information with service providers (such as payment processors and booking platforms) and with authorities if required. I have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of my personal data, and to lodge a complaint with relevant authorities if I believe my data rights have been violated. For privacy inquiries or data requests, I will contact Kalaro using the contact details provided at booking. - CCTV / Video Surveillance
I acknowledge the facility uses CCTV and other video/audio surveillance for safety, security, and operational purposes. Recorded footage may be accessed by Kalaro staff, law enforcement, or service providers as required and retained according to Kalaro’s data retention policy. I consent to being recorded while on premises and understand recordings may be used for incident review, evidence, or facility management. For privacy inquiries or requests related to surveillance footage, I will contact Kalaro using the contact details provided at booking. - Amendments
Kalaro may amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the facilities after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. - Agreement Confirmation
By completing my booking, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver, including the Court Usage, Rescheduling and Cancellations, Parking, Access Pass, Non-Player Access, No Pets, and Data Privacy clauses.
