How many pickleball courts does Kalaro have?
Kalaro has five dedicated pickleball courts available for booking from 7am to 10pm every day.
How long is a court booking and can I extend my playtime?
Each booking runs for a minimum of one hour. You can book consecutive hours in one checkout if you want a longer session.
How much is the court rate on weekdays, weekends, and holidays?
Weekdays are 650 per hour per court. Weekends and holidays are 750 per hour per court. All bookings are paid per court, not per player.
Can I book a court on the same day?
Yes. Same day bookings are allowed as long as the slot is still open.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
There are no refunds, but you can reschedule once within two months. Bad weather also qualifies for rescheduling.
Do I need to list all players joining the game?
No. Only one name is required for the booking. One QR payment covers the full facility fee for all players.
Do players need to sign a waiver?
Yes. A waiver is required for every booking. Walk ins also need to sign a waiver before checking out their facility fee.
How far in advance can I book a court?
You can book up to four weeks ahead. Dates beyond that window will not be clickable in the calendar.
Are add ons available during booking?
Yes. You can book paddle rental, ball boy or ball girl service, ball machine rental, or a ball cart package during checkout.
